We ship to every country.
Processing and delivery time
Every model is in stock and ships in 7-12 days. You get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking details when your parcel is on its way.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order.
Customs, duties and taxes
Customs duties, import taxes and any carrier fees are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
If your parcel is held for customs charges, we’ll email you. You must pay them within 1 day of that email. If they aren’t paid in time, the parcel may be returned, held or destroyed by the carrier or customs. That is your responsibility, not ours, and the order won’t be refunded or reshipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
Once your parcel is with the carrier, we aren’t responsible for delays, loss or damage in transit (see our terms of service). If your tracking shows a problem, email us with your order number and we’ll help you raise it with the carrier.
