This store is run by ThePitlane. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy.
Our products
ThePitlane sells scale-model supercar alarm clocks. They are display models built as alarm clocks, not vehicles, vehicle parts or official merchandise.
As set out at the end of these terms, product photos, videos and descriptions are for illustration only and the clock you receive may be different from what is advertised.
Vehicle names and brands
ThePitlane is an independent brand. All vehicle, team and series names and marks, including F1 and Formula 1, are property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, racing team or Formula 1. We don’t represent any vehicle manufacturer, and a model’s name describes which car the clock is styled after.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Bundle prices (2, 3 or 4 clocks) and the mystery gift with 3+ clocks are applied in the cart. Payments are processed at checkout by our payment providers; we don’t store your card details.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund what you paid if a product is unavailable, if there’s an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we can’t ship an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times in our shipping policy are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, and we aren’t responsible for delays, loss, theft or misdelivery by the carrier, including parcels that don’t reach your address. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility and must be paid within 1 day of our email; see our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. The details are in our refund policy.
Reviews and content
If you post a review, you confirm it’s your own honest experience. We may display it on the store. Everything else on this site (photos, videos, text, the ThePitlane name and logo) belongs to ThePitlane and can’t be reused without our permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThePitlane is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this store or the products you buy from us, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential. Where the law doesn’t allow liability to be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by law.

The clock you receive may differ in appearance, colour, finish, detailing, badging, materials, size, packaging, features and functions.
